Matthew founded MCA Woodworks in 2020 with a passion and the skills to create beautiful spaces in homes. One of Matthew’s favorite parts of the job is using his carpentry skills to recreate original and intricate trim details to customize spaces. He loves being able to drive around the greater Kansas City area recognizing homes he’s renovated, and remembering the stories of the people and relationships he made there. Outside of work, Matthew loves spending time with his wife and three kids — spending time outside together at parks and making memories camping together. He also enjoys spending time in his personal workshop creating furniture or building guitars — something he’s done since childhood.
